Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of nextflo.co and the public-facing material on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is operated by Boyd Services LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, doing business as Nextflo. References to “we,” “us,” or “Nextflo” mean Boyd Services LLC.

nextflo.co is a marketing site describing the AI implementation services Nextflo offers to home service businesses. Booking a discovery call or submitting the contact form does not create a contract for services. A separate signed service agreement governs paid engagements; nothing on this site modifies or replaces that agreement.

The demo at /demo is a representative simulation. Johnson Roofing is a fictional business. The numbers, transcripts, and pipeline entries shown are illustrative output from a working Nextflo deployment configured for demonstration purposes. Nothing on the demo refers to a real company, customer, or conversation.

The site's content, design, copy, code, brand (including the Nextflo name and logo), and the architecture of the AI workflows described are the property of Boyd Services LLC. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of public-facing copy. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, or rebuild substantial portions of the site. You may not reverse-engineer the demo or attempt to extract the underlying systems.

Per the service agreement, automation architecture, workflow logic, API configurations, and integrations built by Nextflo for paid engagements remain proprietary to Nextflo. Clients receive access to outputs, not the underlying systems.

Do not use the site to: probe or scan for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorized access, run automated scrapers, attempt to overload the booking flow or contact form, impersonate any person or business, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing. We may remove access to the site, the booking flow, or our systems for violation.

The site links to and embeds services we do not control, including Calendly for booking and image hosts for demo photography. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.

The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content will be current at any given moment. Pricing, tier inclusions, and service descriptions are subject to change; the signed service agreement controls any specific engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boyd Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising from these terms or use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these terms over time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
