Privacy Policy

Nextflo is a brand of Boyd Services LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company. References to “we,” “us,” or “Nextflo” in this policy mean Boyd Services LLC.

This policy covers the marketing site at nextflo.co and the handling of data we receive during paid client engagements. The actual contract a client signs is a separate service agreement and may include additional data terms specific to that engagement.

Before anything else: we do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not hand your data to data brokers. We do not use your data for any purpose other than delivering our services and communicating with you.

When we share data with operational service providers (named below), it is because those providers are doing the work of delivering our services. Nothing more.

If you submit the contact form, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one (optional)
• The content of your message

If you book a discovery call through the booking page, the booking flow is operated by Calendly. Calendly collects the information needed to schedule and confirm the call. We receive a notification with the time, your name, your email, and any responses you provided in their form.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps server logs that include IP addresses, user agents, and request paths. These are used to operate the site and diagnose problems. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.

Once we begin a paid engagement, we may process data on behalf of the client business, including some that is sensitive in nature: call recordings and transcripts, chat conversations, lead and customer records flowing through connected systems (CRM, calendar, email), and operational business data needed to run the AI workflows we build.

That data is processed only to deliver the services in the signed service agreement. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any unrelated purpose. Specific handling, retention, and deletion terms for client engagement data live in the service agreement and apply alongside this policy.

The following providers process data because they are doing the work of delivering our services. They are bound by their own privacy commitments, linked here for review.

• Resend sends transactional email from discovery@nextflo.co (privacy notice).
• Calendly handles discovery call scheduling (privacy notice).
• Google Workspace hosts the inbox where contact form submissions and booking confirmations land (privacy notice).
• Vercel hosts the site and processes server logs (privacy notice).

Per-engagement integrations (CRM, phone, voice agent providers, etc.) are disclosed in the signed service agreement for that client. We do not add new processors without disclosure.

Website visitor data is used to respond to inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and operate the site. Client engagement data is used to deliver the AI workflows and services described in the signed service agreement. We do not use either for marketing to third parties or for any purpose unrelated to the work.

Contact form submissions and booking records are kept in our inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. Server logs are retained per Vercel's default policy. Client engagement data is retained per the terms of the signed service agreement and deleted on request once the engagement ends, subject to any legal retention obligation.

You can ask us to provide a copy of the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Email privacy@nextflo.co with the request. We respond on weekdays, typically same day. If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA; the same email address handles those requests.

Nextflo serves home service businesses. Our site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact privacy@nextflo.co.

We update this policy when our practices change or when a processor we use changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
